Chipping, shredding, building

Well, it’s time for the annual “gardening marathon” to begin. Paula has started some seeds, and due to the unseasonably warm weather we’re ready for the annual day of “chip, shred, build.” We harvest our pampas grass every year, shred it, and use it for mulch and compost to freshen our garden paths and build new raised beds in the garden.

This year we will be augmenting the pampas grass with some trees we cut down to make room for our new sign.

Let the season begin!
